Converted files are returned as MP4 files on a flash drive or external hard drive, depending on the size of your collection.

Local to Southwestern Ontario

If you're local to GingerSnaps, we'll arrange a time for me to pick up your tapes, discs, and film reels ... or you're welcome to drop them off. Everything is returned to you when the project is complete.

Non-Local to Southwestern Ontario

If you're farther away, shipping is an option, and I have clients across North America who do exactly that. Because these originals are one-of-a-kind, I'll walk you through how to pack them safely and we'll choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Everything is returned to you the same way once your project is finished.
